Meeting Details

This meeting will consist of several 10 minute demos of various Desktop Environments and Window Managers. So far we have firm committments for dwm (Steve Litt) and i3 (Chris Jones). We suspect that demos will be given for Unity, Openbox and fvwm(2).

If you would like to show off your favorite Window Manager or Desktop Environment, please just let us know on the mailing list so we'll reserve 10 minutes for your demo. Or, if you can't commit to it beforehand, then assuming there's time, you can volunteer at the meeting.

And remember, all you need to do is show us a couple cool things it can do, tell us why you like it, tell us a couple hot tips for using it efficiently, and maybe how to change hotkeys. It takes no preparation to demo your favorite WM or DE.
