Thanks for the tips. I am so glad we can still make changes like this in CSS. It is funny though how what one person thinks is wonderful is a bane to another. I intentionally disable that mode with CSS since I prefer to scroll page-by-page. If I need to jump to the cursor position on the scrollbar I just hold down the Shift key when clicking. It's nice that we have options.
