[GoLUG] Openbox: Alt mousewheel changes workspaces

Hi all,

I didn't know this until today. In Openbox, pressing either Alt key
while rotating the mouse wheel quickly, sequentially and cyclically
(goes from last to first or vice versa) changes workspaces. What a nice
workflow enhancer for whenever my hand is already on the mouse. If you
have Openbox, you should try it out.

By the way, Openbox tends to have a pretty common interface, so this
might work on other wm/de's. Try it and let us know.
