Wow, I heard nothing, and I keep tabs on the crazies and conspiracy
theories.  I can see why they kept his funeral quiet.  They probably
didn’t want Linux fanboys crashing the ceremony.

To echo Stallman, "I’m not glad he’s dead, but I’m glad he’s gone."

Darl McBride was one of the favorite punching bags of the User
Friendly webcomic.  There were many cartoons that featured him,
including one that rendered him as a Dalek (from Doctor Who) yelling,
“Litigate! Litigate!”

Also, I just discovered that Groklaw redirects to a landing page, as
of a few weeks ago (which is kinda scary).
