[GoLUG] A founding member of GoLUG died in May 2023

Hi all,

I'm sorry to say that Noel Henson, a very early GoLUG member (I think
#2) died in May of 2023. I kept trying to remember to post this but
kept forgetting. Many of you early GoLUGgers probably remember Noel.
He was one of the smartest technologists I've ever met; he could do
absolutely anything. It was Noel who turned VimOutliner into the
uberkludge I created into a very useable outliner.

I'm sure you veteran GoLUGgers remember Noel, but for you young
