Wow!  I want to play with the checkbox/label and button style menus he
is talking about.  I would really prefer if menus don’t vanish
automatically when I move the cursor outside of them.  The latter
approach looks particularly fun (What are they?  Nested <button>s?)
because you can go arbitrarily deep.
