It wraps on mobile as is, however I just tried `display: grid` and it
wraps better on narrow screens.
Original version wrapped description to underneath the name, with
`display: grid`, the description wraps within its own column.
Alignment of text within columns is an exercise for the reader.
Note, browsers have dev tools built in, and those support Responsive
Mode which simulates the screen sizes (and pixel densities) of a whole
bunch of devices.
Absolute *necessity* for web development. Seriously, one cannot develop
a decent site without those builtin dev tools - they expose the
rendering engine's API for manual manipulation and gives insight into
how it "sees" the DOM.

Yeah, unless I'm mistaken, it should work.
Sometimes it's better to use vw units (viewport width) as those are
highly responsive to screen sizing.
Often used in conjunction with clamp(min, ideal, max) CSS function in
fonts, layout containers, etc.

Indeed, and my opinions are not The Truthâ„¢ written in stone.

True, but if, for example, a real estate agent arrives at a showing in a
beater car with worn & torn clothing, it's not going to help make the sale.

I'd be concerned that someone looking for a modern, beautiful web site
would be ... unimpressed by that site design when it comes to monetizing
the tens of thousands of dollars asking price.

If they really want a domain, you're probably right.
But a professional presentation generally counts for something.
Again, "just, like, my opinion, man".
