It also can't change despite claims by the likes of Sam Altman. Not unless a totally new computer is developed.  True AI is actually a completely different field to what is being sold as AI.

This is interesting in stating that understanding and reasoning as to why (innovation) is not computable even with Quantum computers of the future.
