LOL, no human YOU know would do that. Please understand, by being in a
Linux group, you're self-selecting to meet only intelligent people. A
1970's author named Robert Ringer spoke of writing contracts for which
the other side was already in violation the second they signed it, and
he used that to leverage huge money out of them.

Look at the home refinance industry. People brag they lowered their
rate by 1%, forgetting that they paid a 1 time fee to do so, and
forgetting that their former loan was half principle, meaning if it was
a 6% loan, effectively they were paying 3%. But wow, I paid only $4000
and now I'm paying 4% (for the next 30 years instead of the next 10).
They wander among us, but we don't hang out in their world, so we don't
see them, and we don't believe anyone could be that stupid.
