Oh my, that's an excellent argument and I'm glad it got recognized in
law.

I recall the GitHub stuff and the various protest forks.  I also use a
fork because it's more liberal and fast at auditing and including pull
requests. (and doesn't have the strange censorship against mentioning
forks)
