[GoLUG] No more bounce handling on this list, for now

To clarify some things.

- My email was working fine.
- Abuse was happening with the Mailman bounce processing which was
  being caught as spamming by my host.
- My host disabled all outgoing emails.
- I disabled Mailman's bounce processing.
- My host re-enabled all outgoing emails.
- I just haven't been posting lately.

Bounce processing is a score which increments before finally disabling
an account.  That disabling also sends an email.  I think that got
abused such that abusers were bouncing emails off of Mailman to send
spam out.

Regular users weren't seeing it; it was meant to be undetected but for
my host perking its ears up.

I don't know anything about, but could look into:

- logs
- procmail

I'm also happy to disable non-member posting.  I did look for that but
couldn't find it.

I don't know if Mailman got an update on my server.  It's likely little
security patches get included, but that doesn't seem related.

Right now things are working as-intended except for whatever bounce
processing is meant to do.
