Unfortunately Thunderdird doesn't automatically pickup new IMAP folders created
by opensmtpd for me on amd64. Fairmail on Android does and is the best client I
have found for Android but it isn't as fast as Android Thunderbird on my low end
phone even though it has eight cores.
