Looking at the HTML4 stuff ... just strip out the content and start with a fresh
HTML5 template.

Pidgin HTML, absolutely unreadable. 391 errors according to the w3c validator. No CSS. Lists use (not , but ) to achieve
spacing. uses for line breaks (say whaaat?). A complete and utter mess.

I'm having to go through that whole file and make it valid HTML.
