[GoLUG] LLMs can't reason

Sorry I going to top-post but this is a busy week and I don't have the time to make this all 'pretty.'

So I had to check out just how 'big' a single serving of a KING COBRA beer has to be to deserve its name!

  either a 25oz can or a 40oz bottle .... whooooa .... mama!

that means that the 'subject' well into the third 'can' has in a single-setting has polished off a legacy "six-pack" solo ....

To me the average American might be able to 'reason' just fine if at least two or three days out of the week, if
they were sober enough to try to reason something/anything out. I am thinking that self-medication might be part
of the problem.

regards,

David

Well said, cannot agree more.

The fact that LLMs are asked to do things that are inappropriate for an
LLM isn't a strike against LLMs, but against those pesky humans.

I didn't watch the video, but since things asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence, waving away spiritual / supernatural phenomena should be the default position, no?

Burden of proof, etc.
